- 1 liter contains 1.3 x 310 g = 403 g of magnesium chloride.
- The molar mass of magnesium chloride is 95.2

1 ml of magnesium gel corresponds to approx. 103 mg of pure magnesium. For a full body massage, up to 10 ml of magnesium gel can be used.

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE
ZEMAG Magnesium Gel is ideal for massages. Its unique composition provides a cleansing and nourishing effect on the skin. At the same time, the absorption of magnesium through the skin is increased by massage. After 20 – 30 minutes the magnesium is absorbed through the skin. You can choose to leave the Gel on after the massage or rinse with water (or a damp towel).
ZEMAG Magnesium Gel is also suitable for the treatment of psoriasis; In this case, the affected areas should be rubbed with the gel and left for at least 30 minutes.
1 ml gel contains about 100 mg of elemental magnesium. You can use up to 10 ml of magnesium gel for whole body massage.
REMARK
Do not use on open wounds or injured skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. If this happens simply wash off with water.
When the gel is applied to a larger area, a slightly warm and tingling sensation may occur. This is normal and can be attributed to the magnesium penetrating into the skin. This tingling sensation may occur during the first three treatments.
